Join us for a fun and informative class on 'Basics Of Wine And Cheese Pairing'! This immersive workshop will be hosted along Cru Table who will show you how to prepare the perfect cheese board! From how to cut the cheese to how to present it!
In this interactive class and lab, we will be tasting 6 delicious wines, each paired with a carefully selected cheese, while certified Sommelier Mary Montalvo, guides you through the principles of pairing, the tasting notes to look for, and how to select the perfect accompaniments.
