For this special class, we’ll be joined by Cait Adams of The Galley—an olive oil sommelier—who will guide us through the nuances of premium olive oils, how to taste them properly, and what makes each one unique. Alongside Cait, Mary will lead the wine side of the experience, creating thoughtful pairings that highlight how these two worlds beautifully intersect.
